Information we collect

When you contact us, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, telephone number, company name, service requirements and message. We may also keep correspondence and information needed to prepare quotations and provide agreed services.

Please avoid including sensitive personal information, medical details or identifiable incident records in the website enquiry form. Contact us first to discuss a suitable way to share these.

How and why we use your information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, discuss requirements, prepare quotations, arrange services and manage our business relationship.

Where we take steps at your request before entering a contract with you, or fulfil that contract, we rely on contractual necessity. For general enquiries and communications with business representatives, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to requests and running our consultancy. Where processing is required by law, we rely on our legal obligations.

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. If we introduce marketing, we will provide the relevant information and follow the applicable rules.

Who handles your information

We use GoDaddy to operate our website and enquiry form, and Microsoft 365 for business email and document management. These providers process information as necessary to provide their services.

Where necessary, information may also be shared with professional advisers, insurers or public authorities for advice, legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. We do not sell personal information.

International processing

Our service providers may process information outside the UK. Where this involves a restricted international transfer, appropriate safeguards are required, such as UK adequacy arrangements or approved contractual protections. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your data.

How long we keep information

We retain information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected. For enquiries, this includes responding and completing any relevant follow-up. For client work, retention depends on the service, contractual requirements, applicable legal obligations and the need to establish or defend legal claims.

We review retained information and delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your information, restrict its use, object to processing or request its transfer. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.

To exercise your rights, email [email protected].

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Updates

We will update this notice if our services or use of personal information change.
